Community:

The Cobblefield community is located in the southwest part of town, between Tower and 91st. It has curb lined streets and several grass areas. There is a waterfall and fountain in one of the retention areas. The community also has a pavilion, playground area, and large swimming pool.

The kitchen has Whirlpool Gold appliances and a Kenmore Elite fridge. The countertops are solid surface and there is a separate pantry. The kitchen looks out over the family room and nook areas.

The master suite has a office located off of it that could also be used as a work out area. There are also french doors to the patio/ pool area. The master bedroom has a tray ceiling and crown molding.
