Get Started - Deluxe Package

1. E-MAIL YOUR PHOTOS TO: deluxe@fsboingainesville.com (up to 10).
2. Include a full description of your property - unlimited text. You can also fax your description to 352.333.2969. Make sure to include your contact numbers and address.
3. SUBMIT PAYMENT (Cost $495.00) - We accept credit card payments through PayPal. Payment must be made before your listing is created. Please note there are NO REFUNDS once we have created your ad.
4. CONFIRMATION - We will email you confirmation within two business days once payment has been submitted. Your listing will be ready for preview within 2 business days of us receiving payment and listing details. At that time, we will make arrangements for you to pick up your yard signs, flyers, and home seller's resource kit.
5. There are NO REFUNDS once the listing has been created!
