Already have the pictures and the details of your home and want a professional presentation of your home? Our staff will custom create a feature home listing based on pictures and description provided by you. Simply e-mail your DIGITAL pictures to us along with a full description of your property and let us do the rest. Our staff will retouch, re-size and enhance each photo at no additional charge. We will also format your Listing based on your description for your online listing. You can e-mail up to 20 photographs to deluxe@fsboingainesville.com (either send original version or resized to 600 pixels wide). Make sure to include a description of your property (unlimited text) along with your contact information. You can also fax your detailed description to us at 352-333-2969.
Please note that there are no REFUNDS once the listing has been edited and created by our staff.
Once we have received your pictures and payment, we will send you an email confirmation and a link to preview your listing within 2 business days before we make it available for public viewing. At this time we will also set up a time for you to pick up your yard signs, flyers and home seller's resource kit at our home office located in Haile Plantation.
